Deleting your data

You can remove the data SocialHelper holds about you at any time. Pick the option that matches what you want to remove.

Remove one connected social account

  1. Sign in to SocialHelper and open Accounts.
  2. Click Disconnect next to the account and confirm.

This deletes the account’s access credentials immediately and cancels any posts still scheduled for it. Where the platform allows it, we also revoke our access on the platform.

Remove SocialHelper from a platform

You can also revoke our access from the platform itself. SocialHelper then loses access right away, and the account shows as needing to be reconnected.

Delete your whole SocialHelper account

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Profile.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Ask us to delete everything

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific workspaces, posts or media. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, including posts, uploaded media, activity history and credentials, except anything we must keep by law. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Deleting data in SocialHelper does not delete posts that were already published to social platforms. Remove those on the platform itself.

See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle data.
