Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and 2821341 Alberta Inc. (“we”, “us”), which operates SocialHelper at socialhelper.app, including its dashboard, API and MCP server (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization to them.

1. Accounts and workspaces

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces, including actions by workspace members and by anyone or anything using your API keys, such as scripts, integrations and AI assistants. Keep your password and API keys secret, and revoke a key if it may have been exposed.

2. Connected platforms

SocialHelper is not affiliated with or endorsed by the social platforms it connects to. When you connect an account, you authorize us to act on it as you instruct. You must follow each platform’s terms, policies and rules, including rules about automation, spam and branded content. Platforms may change or withdraw their APIs at any time, so we cannot guarantee that any platform or feature will remain available.

SocialHelper uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or publishing to YouTube through the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish through the Service. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

We may suspend or remove access that breaks these rules or puts the Service, our users or the platforms at risk.

5. Fees

The Service is currently offered without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will give notice before you are charged, and you can choose not to continue.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will try to give notice of significant changes. Publishing can fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control, including platform outages and rate limits.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and CAD $100.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or of a platform’s terms.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3, 7, 8, 9 and 11) survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Calgary, Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, and for material changes we will notify you in advance. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
