The website grew three new sections today, all aimed at getting things done without writing to support.
A help center
The help center has 18 pages on using the dashboard: connecting accounts, writing and scheduling posts, the calendar, bulk scheduling, the AI writer and more. The pages use real screenshots and read their lists of platforms and plan limits from the product, so they stay current.
Free character counters
Free tools checks a post against 14 platforms at once, and each platform has its own counter page. They count the way each platform does: X counts every link as 23 and emoji as 2, Bluesky counts what you see, and YouTube counts bytes. Everything runs in your browser.
Guides for AI assistants
AI agents has a page for each of ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Gemini: how to connect it, what to ask, and what it can and can’t do with your accounts.
Also fixed
The post page showed scheduled and published times in UTC. It now uses your time zone, like the composer and the calendar.
