AI assistants and reports
Get marketing reports
Ask about Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads and your social insights.
Connected marketing accounts give your AI assistant reports and lookups: search traffic, site analytics, ad performance and social insights. Ask a question in plain words, and the assistant pulls the numbers from your accounts and answers.
Before you start
- Connect the accounts you want reports from: see Connect your accounts. For Google tools, sign in with the Google account that can see the site, property or ad account.
- Connect your assistant: see Connect an AI assistant.
One Google connection covers every Search Console site, Analytics property or Ads account that login can see. Name the one you mean in your question, or let the assistant list them.
What you can ask
- “How did my last 10 Facebook posts do?”
- “Show my Page’s follower growth over the last 30 days.”
- “Which of my recent Instagram posts got the most reach?”
- “What was my account’s reach this week?”
YouTube
- “What were my top five videos last month by views?”
- “How many subscribers did the channel gain this month?”
TikTok
- “How many followers and likes does my TikTok account have?”
- “List my latest TikTok videos with their views.”
Threads
- “How are my recent Threads posts doing?”
- “How many posts can I still publish on Threads today?”
Google Search Console
- “Which search queries brought the most clicks to my site last month?”
- “Is my pricing page indexed? Inspect the URL.”
- “Compare clicks and impressions for the last 28 days with the 28 days before.”
Google Analytics
- “How many visitors did my site get last week, and from where?”
- “What are my top 10 pages by views this month?”
- “How many people are on the site right now?”
Google Ads
- “How did my campaigns perform last month: spend, clicks and conversions?”
- “Which campaign had the lowest cost per conversion this week?”
Each platform’s page lists every report it offers.
A weekly report in one question
Combine sources in one request, for example:
“Give me a weekly marketing report: Search Console clicks and top queries, Analytics visitors and top pages, and how my Instagram and Facebook posts did. Compare with the week before and suggest three posts for next week.”
If your assistant can run tasks on a schedule, set this to run every Monday.
Good to know
- Reports read your data and don’t change anything.
- Numbers come from each platform and follow its rules. Some platforms only report on accounts with enough followers, or keep data for a limited time.
- Reports run when you ask; they don’t count against your posts.
If something goes wrong
- The assistant says it has no access to a property or site: the Google login you connected can’t see it. Connect the login that can, or have its owner add you in Google.
- An account shows Reconnect to allow: a report needs a permission you didn’t approve. Reconnect the account and approve everything.
- Empty results: check the date range. New sites and accounts may have no data yet.
